Ingredients

  • 50 ml Gin No.9 (Apricot, Elderflower & Orris Root)

  • 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Splash of Sparkling Water

  • Ice Cubes

  • Garnish: Apricot Slice or Lemon Twist
