It was an honour to work on the Parsnips Delicatessen tin as a collaborative piece. The tin features the star of the show, Parsnip the dog, hand-drawn by us, set against a deep green band that complements Parsnips’ lovely coat.

Our classic London Dry Gin No.2 fills the tin, a bright and aromatic expression with notes of lemon peel, coriander, and cardamom. The lively, citrus-led flavour of the gin perfectly reflects the playful character of Parsnip, creating a delightful combination of design, story, and taste.

This collaboration celebrates local connections, character and the joy of sharing something special. It is a keepsake for gin lovers and dog lovers alike.
