Ingredients

  • 60 ml Gin No.4 (Beetroot, Granny Smith Apple & Dill)

  • 30 ml Apple Juice

  • 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 10 ml Simple Syrup

  • Ice (for shaking and serving)

  • Thin Apple Slice or Apple Peel Twist

  • Sprig of Fresh Thyme

Method

  1. Combine ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, apple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
