Ingredients
- 50 ml London Dry Gin from Have A Cracking Easter Tin
- 60 ml apricot nectar (or fresh apricot juice)
- 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Soda water
- Ice
Garnish
- Fresh Apricot Slice
Method
- In a shaker, combine gin from Have A Cracking Easter Tin, apricot nectar and lemon juice with a handful of ice.
- Shake well to chill.
- Fill a highball or short Collins glass with ice cubes and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Top with soda water and garnish with a fresh apricot slice or a lemon wedge.
