  • 50 ml London Dry Gin from The Horse Tin
  • 150 ml tonic water
  • Ice

Garnish

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass or gin balloon glass with plenty of ice cubes.
  2. Pour 50 ml gin from The Horse Tin over the ice.
  3. Add 150 ml tonic water.
  4. Garnish with a slice or wedge of pink grapefruit.
  5. Gently stir to combine the gin and tonic.
