- 50 ml London Dry Gin from The Horse Tin
- 150 ml tonic water
- Ice
Garnish
- Pink grapefruit (for garnish, thinly sliced or wedges)
Method
- Fill a highball glass or gin balloon glass with plenty of ice cubes.
- Pour 50 ml gin from The Horse Tin over the ice.
- Add 150 ml tonic water.
- Garnish with a slice or wedge of pink grapefruit.
- Gently stir to combine the gin and tonic.
