Ingredients

  • 35 ml Gin No.11 (Fuggles Hops, Coriander Seed & Maris Otter Malt)

  • 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1½ teaspoons Honey

  • 240 ml Chilled Pilsner

  • Dash of Angostura Bitters (optional)

  • Lemon Slice (to garnish)

  • Ice Cubes

Method

  1. Combine the base ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, fresh lemon juice and honey.

  2. Shake: Shake well (without ice) until the honey is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

  3. Strain and pour: Fill a tall glass with ice and strain the mixture over the ice.

  4. Top with pilsner: Gently pour in the chilled pilsner.

  5. Optional bitters: Add a dash of Angostura bitters, if using.

  6. Garnish: Finish with a lemon slice to garnish.

Serving Suggestion
