35 ml Gin No.11 (Fuggles Hops, Coriander Seed & Maris Otter Malt)

20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

1½ teaspoons Honey

240 ml Chilled Pilsner

Dash of Angostura Bitters (optional)

Method

Combine the base ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, fresh lemon juice and honey.

Shake: Shake well (without ice) until the honey is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

Strain and pour: Fill a tall glass with ice and strain the mixture over the ice.

Top with pilsner: Gently pour in the chilled pilsner.

Optional bitters: Add a dash of Angostura bitters, if using.
