Ingredients

  • 60 ml Gin No.10 (Pomegranate, Raspberry & Cardamom infused)

  • 120 ml Pink Lemonade

  • 30 ml Elderflower Liqueur

  • Ice Cubes

  • Fresh Raspberries or Strawberries (for garnish)

  • Lemon Slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Add the gin: Pour 60 ml of Gin No.10 into the shaker.

  3. Add the pink lemonade: Measure and pour in 120 ml of pink lemonade.

  4. Add the liqueur: Add 30 ml of elderflower liqueur to the mix.

  5. Shake well: Shake the mixture vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.

  6. Strain and serve: Strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

  7. Garnish: Top with fresh raspberries or strawberries and a lemon slice for a bright, aromatic finish.
