Ingredients

  • 50 ml Gin No.13 (Ginger, Angelica Root & Lemon Peel)

  • 150 ml Seagram’s Tonic Water

  • Fresh Ginger (approx. 1 inch, thinly sliced)

  • Zest from Half a Lemon (avoid the white pith)

  • Ice Cubes

  • Optional Garnish: Small Sprig of Fresh Rosemary or Lemon Slice

Method

  1. Prepare the garnish: Peel and thinly slice a small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch). Zest half a lemon, taking care to avoid the bitter white pith.

  2. Build the drink: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in 50 ml of Gin No.13.

  3. Add tonic: Gently top with 150 ml of Seagram’s tonic water, pouring slowly to preserve the fizz.

  4. Flavour the drink: Add the fresh ginger slices and lemon zest to the glass.

  5. Stir gently: Mix lightly to combine the flavours without losing carbonation.

  6. Garnish (optional): Add a sprig of rosemary or a slice of lemon for a fragrant finishing touch.

Serving Suggestion
