60 ml Gin No.14 (Packham Pear, Cinnamon & Orange Peel)

45 ml Pear Juice

Approx. 10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice (a splash)

1 Sprig Fresh Thyme (plus extra to garnish)

100–120 ml Tonic Water (adjust to taste)

Muddle the thyme: Add one sprig of fresh thyme to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently for 10–15 seconds to release its aromatic oils.

Add liquids and ice: Pour in the pear juice, lemon juice, and a generous handful of ice.

Shake: Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds to chill and blend the ingredients.

Strain and build: Strain the mixture into a double old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
