SERVING SUGGESTION:

A Chocolate G&T

Pour 50 ml of Eggs & Feathers Gin over sparkling ice and let it settle like a whisper of spring. Add 15 ml of chocolate liqueur and two dashes of chocolate or mint bitters, then gently muddle a few fresh mint leaves to release their fragrance. Top with tonic water, allowing the bubbles to lift and brighten the flavours. Finish with a sprig of fresh mint and a delicate sprinkling of dark chocolate shavings for a serve that is light, fragrant and quietly indulgent, a nod to Easter, yet perfect all year round.

Alternatively, serve as a classic Gin & Tonic, pairing the gin with chilled tonic water and a garnish of fresh rhubarb or a twist of orange peel to highlight its bright, gently spiced character.
