Subtle cardamom rises like a gentle breeze carrying pomegranate and raspberry to the senses while on the tongue, juniper takes the lead giving way to pomegranate and fresh raspberry that linger like a warm lingering sunset.
SERVING SUGGESTION:

Blooming Delicious Gin Fizz

Pour 50 ml of Bloomin’ Delicious Gin into a tall glass filled with sparkling ice.
Add 25 ml of elderflower cordial and 25 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, letting them swirl together like petals in a summer breeze.
Top with soda water and stir gently to awaken the effervescence.
Finish with a crown of fresh strawberries and a delicate scatter of edible flowers, such as pansies, violets or nasturtiums, for a drink that captures golden evenings, floral whispers and the slow, sweet unfolding of summer.
