This London Dry Gin has distinctive notes of fresh apricot, elderflower and orris root as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper to create a refreshingly light, fruity, floral number. It slips down perfectly when watching the sun go down!

TASTING NOTES:

The fragrance is characterised by earthy undertones with apricot hints at the forefront.

On the palate, juniper leads the way, followed by a floral elderflower body and a fresh apricot finish, culminating in a delightful spring-inspired gin.
SERVING SUGGESTION:

As a classic G&T with Indian tonic water and garnish with orange peel or rosemary to draw out the apricot further.
