Inspired by the quiet ritual of measuring out a perfect pour on the riverbank, this distinctive London Dry Gin pays homage to the angler who finds peace where the water runs still and deep. With juniper at its core, it’s defined by bright lemon, aromatic savoury and wild thyme.

Our Fisherman's Tin features a hand-drawn illustration of a peaceful fisherman casting into still waters surrounded by soft river blues, natural greens, and touches of dusky grey with the all too-true phrase ‘Time Flies When You’re Fishing.'

TASTING NOTES:

Crisp and classic. The nose opens with piney juniper and fresh citrus. On the palate, a burst of lemon and peppery savoury is grounded by the herbal depth of wild thyme. The finish is clean and herbaceous.

This enchanting London Dry Gin finds its ideal expression in a ‘Gone Fishing’ stirred cocktail, that pairs the gin’s fresh herbal notes, with dashes of Angostura, orange bitters and a touch of grenadine for gentle warmth and colour. Serve over ice or strained into a chilled glass, garnished with a twist of orange or a dark cherry - perfect for sipping as the sun begins to set on the water.
