We are delighted to reveal our latest collaboration with the exceptional team at Torridon. This release features a beautifully bespoke tin design created to house their exquisite Torridon Gin.

The gin is inspired by the raw beauty of the Mediterranean. Its character is defined by the aromatic essence of olive, bay, and lemon. The botanicals and refined flavours are carefully balanced, captured perfectly in a custom-designed tin that brings the vision to life.

TASTING NOTES:

The first impression is bright lemon zest. This is followed by the savoury depth of olive and the herbal lift of bay. Classic juniper provides structure and balance. The result is a smooth and complex spirit with a crisp and lingering finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION:

Serve over ice with a premium tonic. Garnish with a slice of lemon or a fresh bay leaf. For a more elevated experience, prepare as a Martini and finish with a green olive. The gin performs beautifully whether sipped neat, mixed simply, or used as the base for a cocktail.
