Crafted in the traditional London Dry style, it is a no-nonsense spirit with vibrant character. Distilled with a refined selection of botanicals, including coriander, lemon peel, and cardamom, all centred around a classic juniper-forward profile, it is clean, smooth, and wonderfully refreshing.

TASTING NOTES:

Expect a bold burst of juniper on the nose and palate, followed by bright citrus notes of lemon and orange. Cardamom brings a subtle spice that lingers gently on the finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION:

We recommend serving this no-nonsense spirit as a classic martini, stirred with dry vermouth and finished with a lemon twist. Sophisticated, seasonal, and bound to get noses twitching.
