Ingredients

  • 250ml London Dry Gin from The Perfect Measure Tin
  • 25ml fresh lime juice (about 1 small lime)
  • 4–5 cucumber slices
  • 2 sprigs fresh dill (plus extra for garnish)
  • Soda water or tonic water, to top up
  • Ice

Method

  1. Muddle cucumber slices and dill in a shaker to release their fresh flavours.

  2. Add gin and lime juice, then fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

  3. Strain into an ice-filled highball or rocks glass.

  4. Top with soda or tonic water, and garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a sprig of dill.
